Stewart is a former Airborne Soldier working in training teams within the military.
He’s a PT Level 3 and CrossFit Level 2 coach.

Charley works as a Business Manager in her full-time role whilst ensuring 5ONE Fitness runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping to create our thriving community!

Shaun is an ex-semi pro footballer and runs Fitness Football Club and DadBods in Buxton.
He’s a PT Level 3 and CrossFit Level 2 coach. Shaun has bags of knowledge and experience in training and nutrition.
He has worked in the fitness industry for the best part of 20 years.

We’re delighted to have Dave join us as part of our coaching team here at 5ONE! Dave has bags of experience and qualifications under his belt, with over 15 years experience of helping guide people to be better versions of themselves via formal coaching and development.
He is a true sportsman having competed in Mountain Biking, Rugby and CrossFit over the years. He was ranked #1 in Britain in this year’s CrossFit Age Group Semifinals and is competing as the top Brit in the IF3 Super Worlds in 3 weeks time.
